We believe that everybody should have the opportunity to sample good wine, which is why we have over 30 classics and modern wines available by the glass, so you can sample a few at a time. Which leads us on to our next point.
We do 100ml and 150ml pours…
Our Coravin wine system allows you to try multiple wines from different vintages without breaking the bank. If you haven’t already heard of Coravin, it’s a needle-through-the-cork system that means we can enjoy a sip or a glass and preserve the rest of the bottles for weeks or months to come (not that a bottle ever lasts that long at Baedeker!).

Our state of the art wine cabinet, designed to recreate optimal wine storage conditions, is home to some of the finest wines in Brisbane, even Australia, from across the decades. This month you can try three different vintages of Tyrells Semillon from ‘94, ‘95 and ‘96 or if you’re a Riesling fan we have Petaluma Riesling from ‘98 and ‘04.
